Dr. Carissa and her staff have gone above and beyond for us. We have a dog that's been dealing with some bizarre symptoms and our original vet couldn't help us. We called Healing Hands and they got us in the next day, established a treatment plan and have been trying to get to the bottom of the issue. Dr. Carissa has also been very honest with us about the potential of needing more specialized care and the prognosis if the current treatment doesn't work. They've been super responsive and helpful as well - more so than any other vet we've worked with. Bonus - they are so amazing with vocal and anxious pets. Both of our GSD's have anxiety at the vet and are very vocal about it. Both dogs were calm after minutes of being there - which never happens!
Truly can't say enough good things about Dr. Carissa. We have taken two of our kitty pals to her in the last few months, and she is so attentive, caring, and thorough. You can tell she definitely has a passion and genuine care for the animal friends she encounters. I'm so happy our small communities here in the SW metro area have this resource available. Prices are also incredibly reasonable. We have been to several vets in the area for care over the last several years, and found the rates to be very competitive! Our interactions with the front office staff and vet techs have also been stellar. Truly, a great experience. You will not be disappointed bringing your pets here and entrusting the care of Dr. Carissa.
Great Vet with my mastiff my previous vet refused to talk about my dog possibly having allergies. First visit here and my dogs allergies are being treated and he's responded well to his treatment. Being the power guard breed my dog is the staff has a very healthy respect for him and is great in not showing any unease when treating him. If you have an Xl breed dog I highly recommend going here they show they care about the big scary dogs as much as the cute little dogs.
Amazing! Everyone is caring, kind and professional. The clinic is privately owned, not corporate driven. I have experienced the highest level of ethical and top tier care that go above and beyond for my pets.
We’ve gone to other vets in years past and none compare to Healing Hands! All of the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They truly care about your pets! We will never take our animals anywhere else.
